As a full-service industrial contractor, JB Millwrighting is able to assist our clients with start-up and commissioning support services, including mechanical installations system modifications and pre-start safety reviews. In addition to from-the-ground-up equipment construction, our highly skilled teams perform yearly maintenance, emergency response, staff augmentation services and expansion projects.
We understand that it is imperative that customer repairs are done safely, quickly and with the highest level of quality. We have completed numerous installations & relocations over the past 46 years and successfully completed critical-path machine repairs and rebuilds.
Due to the time-critical nature of production down time, our in-house fabrication capabilities allow us the flexibility to provide our clients with design, fabrication and installation services on both a scheduled and emergency-response basis.
CWB certified to W47.1 Div.2 fabrication of steel and stainless steel structures and W47.2 Div. 2 fusion welding of aluminum.
Our expertise includes miscellaneous metals for retrofits and capital improvements such as platforms, handrails, and stair additions. We have completed many projects over the years building hoppers, machine frames and parts.
We utilize the most modern and up-to-date equipment, enabling us to complete projects efficiently and safely, while meeting tight schedules and maintaining the highest quality standards. MIG, TIG, and STICK welding are within our capabilities.
